The Orquestra Simfònica Camera Musicae (OCM), created in 2006, has received a warm welcome by the public due to its intensive advocacy for classic music among a variety of sectors, especially between music lovers and young people. It has performed in halls like the Auditorio Nacional de Música, the Palacio Euskalduna de Bilbao, the Auditorio de Barcelona, the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Teatro Tarragona and the Auditorio Enric Granados de Lleida, to mention but a few. In the three former halls, the Orquestra Simfònica Camera Musicae develops its own production and stable concerts.

Since the beginning, Tomàs Grau is the principal conductor and artistic director and since the 2017-18 season, maestro Salvador Mas joined as principal guest conductor previously occupied by Jordi Mora and José Rafael Pascual-Vilaplana. The OCM started its residence project in the Auditori del Tívoli del Vendrell during the 2009-10 season.

The Orquestra Simfònica Camera Musicae has collaborated with conductors like Antoni Ros Marbà, Edmon Colomer, Salvador Brotons, Josep Caballé, Rinaldo Alessandrini, John Rutter, Diego Martin-Etxebarria and Virginia Martínez; and soloists like Stephen Kovacevich, Sabine Meyer, Patricia Kopatchinskaja, Steven Isserlis, Alexander Melnikov, Seong-Jin Cho, Alice Sara Ott, Sayaka Shoji, Albrecht Mayer, Ainhoa Arteta, Leticia Moreno, Asier Polo, Pablo Ferrández, Claudi Arimany, Judith Jáuregui, Massimo Spadano o Rafael Aguirre, among others.

Although its main activity is developed in Catalonia, the OCM also performed in some of the main Spanish auditoriums and has made a concert tour throughout different cities of Germany, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Among others it has recorded the albums Alba Eterna, Tempesta esvaïda and Un conte de Nadal.
